All Puppies are in Their Forever Homes

Hello Coton friends!

Our life has been busy lately and I apologize for just now getting the blog updated.  We hope this post finds you and your family doing well.  Our "C" litter has all been placed and are thriving in their new homes.  If we plan to have any more puppies, we will post a couple months before they are due.

CHIP Update

Chloe has gone to her forever home!

Chip is still available.

He is neutered, has had all of his shots, is as smart as a whip, crate trained, on his way to being potty trained, travels well, and loves to cuddle with you.

Chip is calm, but also loves to play.  He hops around the yard in the snow during the day and cuddles up in a blanket with my daughters at night.  His adaptable personally serves as a great representative of the Coton de Tulear breed.

If you are interested in making your home Chip's forever home, contact me, Jon at (208)369-1200.

Unique Aspects of the CTCA

Cora has gone to her forever home in Nevada!

Some people have asked us if the puppies are too old to go to their forever homes...

One of the unique aspects of the CTCA is their regulations on when a puppy can leave the litter. The CTCA requires for puppies to spend at least 10 weeks with their mom and litter.  These first 10 weeks are the minimum a puppy needs in order to learn bite pressure.  The more time a puppy spends with his or her litter, the better they learn how to bite softly.  They learn when they bite too hard, one of their litter mates will bite them back.  This is the same way dogs learn in the wild and it teaches them how to bite softly and gently. This makes sure our Cotons will be safe around you and your family.

Chloe and Chip have had extra time to learn this bite pressure and continue their socialization and training.  For example, Chip knows to whine when he wants to go outside.  Chloe comes when she is called.

Have You Reserved Your Puppy Yet?

The puppies are 10 weeks old and are going to their Forever Homes.

Claire- Reserved! She will be going to a nice family in Virginia!
Cece- Reserved! She is staying in Idaho!

This week we will find out where 2 other puppies could be going! If you have had your eye on one, or just want to talk Cotons, give me a call. I'd love to talk to you about this unique breed and beautiful puppies. Call me, Jon, at (208)-369-1200.

Concerned that you live too far away?  No worries.  Some of our past puppies have gone to California, Oregon, Virginia (like Claire), Texas, etc.
